This Privacy Policy explains how [EveryDial legal entity] (“EveryDial,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use everydial.ai and the EveryDial application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and the details you provide during onboarding (business name, trade/vertical, location, website, hours, services, and how you want the agent to behave).
- Call data: for calls handled by your AI receptionist we process and store call metadata (caller number, time, duration), audio recordings, transcripts, and an AI-generated summary, sentiment, and outcome.
- Usage & device data: product analytics events, pages viewed, and basic device/browser information, collected to understand and improve the Service.
Call recording & transcription
The Service records and transcribes inbound calls to your dedicated number so you can review them in your dashboard and receive call summaries. Your AI receptionist discloses at the start of each call that the call may be recorded. You are responsible for ensuring call recording is permitted for your business and for complying with applicable recording-consent laws in the jurisdictions where you and your callers are located (some require all-party consent).
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To answer, route, transcribe, and summarize your calls.
- To send you transactional email (sign-in links, call summaries, account notices).
- To monitor reliability, debug errors, and prevent abuse.
Service providers
We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf, including:
- Retell AI: voice agent, telephony, call recording & transcription.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- PostHog: product analytics and error monitoring.
- Neon: managed database hosting.
- Vercel: application hosting.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Data retention
We retain account and call data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated call data by contacting us.
Your choices & rights
You may access or update your account information in the app, and you may request a copy or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
