- Is the pest control estimate template free?
- Yes. Fill it out and download it as a Word file or PDF. No signup, no watermark.
- How do I show the first treatment and the quarterly plan on one quote?
- Put the initial treatment in the line items, so the total is what they owe for the first visit. Then write the plan in the notes box: the price per visit, how often you come, and when the first plan visit falls. Do not add four future visits as line items, because the total adds everything up and the customer sees a number they are not being asked to pay today.
- What should a pest control estimate include?
- The pest you are treating and what the inspection found, the treatment and the price, and your license number. Then the practical parts: what the customer has to clear before you arrive, how long people and pets stay out afterwards, and the date the quote runs out.
- How long should the quote be good for?
- Fifteen to thirty days is the range the template vendors recommend. Use the valid-until date rather than writing "30 days", so nobody has to work out when it was sent.
- How do I quote a termite or bed bug job?
- Those usually need an inspection before anyone can price them, so book the inspection first and send the estimate after. Say that on the quote rather than guessing a number, and use the notes box to list what the price does not cover, such as repairing damage that was already there.
